These Terms of Use (the "Terms" or "Terms of Use") supersede all prior Terms of Use and are last updated as of October 16, 2025.
These Terms are entered into between you and Sonic Automotive, Inc., EchoPark Automotive, Inc., Sonic Powersports, and any affiliates or subsidiary dealership entities (collectively "Sonic," "Sonic Automotive," "we," "us," and "our").
These Terms govern your access to and use of www.sonicautomotive.com, www.echopark.com, www.sonicpowersports.com, our respective dealerships' websites, and all related websites owned or operated by us that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Site").
Please read these Terms carefully before you use the Site. Your access to or use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and your agreement to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.
Changes to the Terms
Sonic may modify these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Modified Terms become effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

All information collected on the Site is subject to Sonic's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to all actions taken in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Online Purchases
If you purchase a vehicle through the Site, your purchase will be subject to additional terms of sale presented during the transaction.
Transmission of User Contributions
Any information, feedback, ideas, or materials you submit through the Site ("User Contributions") will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
By submitting User Contributions, you irrevocably assign all rights in those materials to Sonic. Sonic may use them without restriction, compensation, or attribution.
If you do not wish to grant these rights, do not submit User Contributions through the Site.
About Children
The Site is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 without parental consent. Sonic does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, videos, software, and code (collectively, the "Content"), is owned or licensed by Sonic and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the Content solely for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing by Sonic.
Prohibited Actions
You agree not to use the Site:
- In violation of any applicable law or regulation
- To harm or exploit minors
- To transmit spam or unsolicited promotional material
- To impersonate Sonic or any other person
- To interfere with the operation or security of the Site

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Venue
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
Class Action Waiver
You waive the right to participate in any class action related to these Terms, the Site, or the Program.
Limitation on Time to File Claims
Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it arises, or it will be permanently barred.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
